Merge upstream/main - resolve conflicts with GitHub deployment feature

- Resolved merge conflicts in DeployButton.tsx
- Kept upstream versions of GitHubDeploy.client.tsx and GitHubDeploymentDialog.tsx
- Fixed linting issues and formatting
- Maintained proper GitHub deployment functionality
- Ready for cleanup improvements
